Cílem projektu je vytvořit širokou evropskou síť nejlepších zkušeností, využít její zkušenosti ohledně definice, vedení a údržby adres za účelem analyzovat, vybrat, syntetizovat a dokumentovat ty nejlepší. Dalími cíli je též vytvoření návrhu pro harmonizaci evropských adres a uplatnění navrženého modelu pomocí pilotní evropské gazetteerové služby zpřístupňující adresy evropských zemí/regionů.
